Life on the road to his chosen career began at a very early age for Licensed Real Estate Agent Joshua Kerr.
From the age of 14 Joshua, the 3rd Generation Kerr, has been accompanying and learning with his family from Bruce Kerr Pty Ltd (proudly operating on the Central Coast since 1938).
Joshua acknowledges the necessity of repeat and referral business and believes you’d be hard pressed to find an agency with such an outstanding record.
Joshua believes that the very best service, sound ethics and exceptional marketing sets an agency apart and he has recently completed a specialized diploma in agency systems, marketing and negotiation with the acclaimed Academy of Christine Norris Signature Properties.
“I am very aware that when selling and buying real estate emotion comes into play, so I see my role as a negotiator to be a substantial part of my business and I will do everything possible to ensure a smooth transaction for my clients”.
